MiGlass builds a bright future
UV bonding of glass cabinets in low and high volume has become a daily requirement for many of MiGlass’ blue chip customer base.
Andrew Bartlett, senior team leader says “we have been asked for bonding more and more after we first started producing assemblies in-house more than 10 years ago. Customers are definitely becoming more sophisticated with their demands and this latest design is typical, involving locks and multiple hinges. We also decorate the cabinets and have recently introduced anti-reflective glass. Following an investment in additional training and equipment MiGlass has more capacity than ever and is often asked to tackle the higher volume display cabinet market as well as more bespoke business.
It is great to work for a company who’s directors have the vision to not only identify and anticipate customer’s needs but also are able to invest appropriately in both people and CAPEX.”
