New Compressor Solution
MiGlass Limited is investing in a new compressor solution to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. This includes the removal of an old compressor and full installation of the new line to aid production efficiency, reduce energy costs and reduce our carbon footprint.
An initial review of available solutions has identified the following equipment types as suitable benchmarks; however, alternative equipment will be considered where it can demonstrate performance equivalent to or exceeding the capability of the referenced items.
The proposed scope currently comprises:
- CompAir Rotary Screw Oil Lubricated Variable Speed Compressor. Specification: Volume 2.2 – 13.92M3/Min @ 7.5 bar(g)#
- Tundra Refrigerant Dryer Specification: Volume 16.80 M3/Min @ 7.5 bar(g)
- Vertical Air Receiver 2000VAR
- Full installation, commissioning and warranties
